How does POWER CARDIO training work?

POWER CARDIO is divided in 3 parts. Starting with a warm-up period choreographed to 3 levels of intensity; onto intervals during which both cardiovascular and muscular systems will be put to the test; the third part brings another dimension to the workout with team exercises adding fun and intensity to the experience.
