What is GROUP CORE™ training?

GROUP CORE™ is a short and intense 30-minute workout developed by fitness professionals and choreographed to music by LesMills. This program focuses on the muscle chains connecting the upper and the lower body among which the abdominals, the back and the gluteus.

How does GROUP CORE™ training work?

GROUP CORE™ is set to 6 musical tracks. It starts with a complete warm-up and then on to planks, crunches, and functional exercises to strenghten the torso, gluteus, obliques, back, and to improve your balance.

Is GROUP CORE™ training right for me?

GROUP CORE™ is a group fitness class with no impact and little cardio exercises. To attend one of the classes, you have to be willing to work hard and be determined. It adapts to all fitness levels through various available options.
