What is GROUP POWER™ training?

GROUP POWER™ is our #1 barbell class in the world. Created by MOSSA, a worlwide reknowned company, this class strenghtens and sculpts your entire body through proven movements such as squats, lunges, presses, pulls, and push ups. Our motivating instructors will help you achieve your fitness goals, thanks to that great workout set to a playlist of the best current musical hits.

How does GROUP POWER™ training work?

Because GROUP POWER™ allows you to select your own load, it is suited to everyone. Participants can chose the intensity level of their workout, and can quickly notice the evolution in the weight lifting capacity and fitness level.

Is LGROUP POWER™ training right for me?

With LGROUP POWER™, you will exercise all major muscle groups. Starting with a warm-up period, moving on to quads, pectorals, back, triceps, biceps, shoulder, and abdominals, while involving your hamstrings, gluteus and hips throughout the workout. The session ends on cool down period and some stretches. Short periods of recovery and a lot a reps are what you should expect, allowing you to maintain an elevated cardiac rhythm, thus sculpting and toning your muscles all the while burning a max amount of calories.

What are the benefits?

Because of the great amount of reps with a light to moderate load, GROUP POWER will help tone, and define your muscles, and increase their endurance. You will improve your posture and feel stronger.
