What is SPIN CLIMBING training?

Hop on! Are you ready to take on the challenge? SPIN CLIMBING will propel you to the top thanks to challenging climbing simulations. Spending most of the class out of the saddle, you will work your legs and glutes through important climbing resistance.

How does SPIN CLIMBING training work?

Riding and climbing to the top of mountains, you will overcome short intense ascents, steeper or longer climbs, and smooth descents for an active recovery. An exciting, high-intensity experience that will fast track you towards the achievement of your fitness goals.

Is SPIN CLIMBING training right for me?

The ultimate goal of this class is to arrive at the top of the mountain as a team. The instructor will guide you through speed and resistance options to help succeed. Using the individual resistance dial on your bike, you will be able to dial up or down the intensity level of your ride adapting it to your fitness level.

What are the benefits?

Combining pedal speed and climb resistance will allow you to improve your cardiovascular capacity, tone your legs and your glutes. You can also count on the fact that you will be releasing a great amount of endorphins, providing you with a deep sense of well-being.
