What is CARDIO SQUAT training?

CARDIO SQUAT is the perfect combination of cardio and strength training focusing on the gluteal, leg and abdominal muscles.

How does CARDIO SQUAT training work?

Once the warm-up segment finished, the instructor will guide the participants through a series of cardio and strength training segments mainly focused on leg, gluteal, abdominal, and lower back muscles. The class ends with a stretching and relaxation period.

Is CARDIO SQUATL training right for me?

CARDIO SQUAT can easily be adapted to any fitness level. You can either work within your limits or exceed them by simply choosing the appropriate options put forth by the instructor.
