What is BUNS OF STEEL training?

BUNS OF STEEL is the perfect combination of cardio and strength training focusing on the gluteal, leg and abdominal muscles.

How does BUNS OF STEEL training work?

Once the warm-up segment finished, the instructor will guide the participants through a series of cardio and strength training segments mainly focused on leg, gluteal, abdominal, and lower back muscles. The class ends with a stretching and relaxation period.

Is BUNS OF STEEL training right for me?

BUNS OF STEEL can easily be adapted to any fitness level. You can either work within your limits or exceed them by simply choosing the appropriate options put forth by the instructor.
