What is LESMILLS BODYSTEP™ training?

LESMILLS BODYSTEP™ is energizing and mostly takes place on a adjustable step.  On stimulating musical hits, your certified instructor will make you move on and off the step and from one side to the other.

How does LESMILLS BODYSTEP™ training work?

During the warmup you, will include simple movements with your step in order to prepare your body for the upcoming movements. Progressively, new movements will be added as well as jumps to bring your cardio to new peeks.  Each peek will be followed by active recuperation designated to tone and define the muscles of your body.  This training will end by muscular reinforcement and stretching as well as relaxation period.
