GROUP FIGHT is a group workout based on boxing, Muay Thai and mixed martial arts techniques. Set on a dynamic music track accompanied by several sound effects, it will bring you to surpass yourself, all while having fun. Fight is an athletic workout that will allow you to improve your cardiovascular capacity, all while improving your muscle strength.

How does GROUP FIGHT work?

GROUP FIGHT is a pre-choreographed class that lasts 55 minutes (10 tracks). It starts with a warm-up period followed by exercises inspired by boxing, Muay Thai, and martial arts. It also includes moves that are generally executed by FIGHTERS outside the ring. The class ends with a period of global strengthening and wide range of motion moves.

Is GROUP FIGHT for me?

GROUP FIGHT is for everyone! No need to know martial arts to participate in a FIGHT class! You only need to have the desire to move and unwind. Leave it to our instructors to show you the basics and options to progress. The music and sound effects will bring out the FIGHTER in you.
