What is FIT360 training?

FIT360 is a varied and progressive class aiming to achieve a balanced cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility workout.

How does FIT360 training work?

FIT360 starts with a 7-10 minute warm-up period preparing you for the aerobics portion of the class. Combining fun and cardiovascular effort, you will be moving to the rhythm of simple and light-hearted choreography. A functional training combined to a balance training segment, completed as a team or individually, then follows. The workout ends with stretching exercises and a relaxation period.

Ideal for those who want to get back into shape or who are making a progressive come back, FIT360 is a dynamic program where everyone moves to their own rhythm and within their limitations.

What are the benefits?

FIT360 is a complete workout during which the participants will be working out both their cardiovascular and muscular systems, it will contribute to the improvement of both their balance and their flexibility. Classes are held in a friendly atmosphere where participants are encouraged to develop new friendships.
