Wild Berries Frozen Yogurt

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Mixed berries, frozen
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Plain yogurt, 0-2% fat
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) Maple syrup


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, eat with a spoon.
