Well Start Smoothie!

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 500 ml (2 cups) pineapple, diced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
  • 250 ml (1 cup) vanilla yogurt or silken tofu
  • 5 large pieces of kale cabbage
  • Ice if needed
  • 30 ml (2 teaspoons) maple syrup or honey



Using a blender, mix all the ingredients except the maple syrup.

Taste and add maple syrup if necessary.

Depending on the desired texture, possibly add a little bit of water to the mixture obtained.
