In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the keftas. Form little rolls with your hands (one roll per serving), then put them on a grill placed on a pan to allow the cooking juices to drain.
Cook approx. 15 min. or until the veal is no longer pink inside.

Meantime, make the tzatziki, mixing all the ingredients.
Montage
Open the pitas and put tzatziki inside each half-pita. Garnish the pitas with lettuce and then add the small rolls and the cherry tomatoes. Enjoy immediately.
