1 package soft tofu, 340 g
500 mL (2 cups) frozen strawberries
20 mL (4 teaspoons) maple syrup
Put tofu, frozen strawberries, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix.
Refrigerate one serving overnight and place the two remaining servings in the freezer in single-serving ramekins or Popsicle moulds to make frozen pudding.
