Strawberry and Yogurt Muffins

  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 10 ml of baking powder
  • 2 ml of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of plain fat free yogurt Silhouette
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup of 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries cut in small pieces
  • Cooking Spray


  1. In a large bowl, mix together first four ingredients.
  2. Add liquid ingredients: egg, yogurt, oil and milk.
  3. Gently mix in strawberries.
  4. Pour equal portions of batter into muffin pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Put into the oven at 375 °F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
