  • 3 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tasse whole-wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp milk

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a casserole, bring the raspberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer approx. 15 min.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Press half the dried ingredients in a small mould covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Pour in the raspberries and cover with the remaining dried ingredients.
  5. Cook in oven approx. 30 min.
