Ingredients

  • 454 g (1lb) Frozen fruits (raspberries, blueberries, other small fruits of berries)
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) Honey or maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Juice of a fresh lemon
  • 1 Egg white

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the mixer container, pulse in sequence of 2 to 3 minutes until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
