Ingredients
454 g (1lb) Frozen fruits (raspberries, blueberries, other small fruits of berries)
80 ml (1/3 cup) Honey or maple syrup
15 ml (1 tablespoon) Juice of a fresh lemon
1 Egg white
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the mixer container, pulse in sequence of 2 to 3 minutes until smooth
Serve immediately
