Ingredients
Pancakes
1/3 cup + 4 teaspoon whole wheat flour
1/3 cup + teaspoon low-fat milk
1 egg
Garnish
1/2 diced mango
1 or 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
½ or 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 or 2 tablespoon(s) dark chocolate chips
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the egg and flour. Gradually add milk and whisk together avoiding lumps from forming.
Cook pancakes in a non-stick pan.
In a warmed-up pan, brown mango pieces. Add vanilla and sugar. Let caramelize.
Add chocolate chips and let melt for 2 minutes.
Pour mango-chocolate mixture on pancakes.
Rendering: 2 servings (2 pancakes)
