Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 30 ml (8 teaspoons) sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the sugar gradually.
  3. Mash the bananas and add to the egg whites.
  4. Add the vanilla, mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
