30-Day Challenge - Plank

The 30-Day Challenge is back! This month, we are targeting the abs with the plank exercise.

Four levels are presented (beginner, intermediate, athlete, elite); take on this challenge according with your physical capacities. Also, feel free to adapt the exercise (position on your toes/feet or on your knees), it’s your challenge! Only one rule: you must hold the position for the indicated time daily (see calendar).

This challenge will require motivation and constancy, and it will raise the bar of your willpower day after day.

This exercise can be performed anywhere: at home, at the gym, at work, outdoors, as long as you do it!
