  • 300 g top sirloin beef
  • 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl, except the mushrooms, and marinate the beef for 1 to 2 hours in the fridge.
  3. Thread the beef and mushrooms onto skewers, alternating until each skewer is full.
  4. Grill the brochettes for 4 to 5 minutes, turning them from time to time to ensure uniform cooking.
