Five levels are presented (introduction, beginner, intermediate, athlete, elite); take on this challenge according with your physical capacities. Also, feel free to adapt the exercise, it’s your challenge! Only one rule: you must perform the number of push-ups indicated daily on the calendar.

This challenge will require motivation and constancy, and it will raise the bar of your willpower day after day.

Do your daily push-ups at home, at the gym, at work, outdoors, as long as you do them!
