Énergie Cardio announces the first of a series of 30-Day Challenges. In December, burpees are under the spotlight. This challenge will require motivation and constancy, and it will raise the bar of your willpower day after day. Four levels are presented; take on this challenge according with your physical capacities.

Do your daily burpees at home, at the gym, at work, outdoors, as long as you do them!
