A refreshing and healthy dessert that I particularly enjoy, especially in the summer. Kids generally love it and you can play around with the ingredients. Decorate the bark with your choice of fruit and nuts.
375 mL (1½ cups) plain Greek yogurt
60 mL (¼ cup) raspberries
30 mL (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
30 mL (2 tbsp.) rolled oats
30 mL (2 tbsp.) chopped pecans
15 mL (1 tbsp.) chopped dark chocolate
