A year ago, the idea of losing 100 pounds felt like a pipe dream to me. But, with the help of my friends, who encouraged me to try out the gym, the wonderful welcome I received at the centre, and the support of my trainer, I realized that I was also capable of achieving that goal. With perseverance and diligence, I have been losing an average of two pounds a week. The constant follow-up of my great coach has allowed me to train for my goal in a challenging, but efficient and safe way. Thank you to everyone who has been there to help me achieve my goal!
