#1: Set short term objectives. Success is the fuel to your motivation! A SMART goal

#2: Vary your workouts from strength training to cardio training. Your body needs to get out of its comfort zone. If an exercise gets to be too easy, change! Circuit training

#3: Go to group fitness classes such as Zumba, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Énergie Yoga, etc. The instructors and the group effect will spice up your workouts. Choosing a group exercise class

#4: Work out with a friend or a private fitness trainer, your workouts will be more motivating. Challenge each other every day! Training sisters all for the best!

#5: Have fun! Try every possibilities your gym offers you! That way, you will surely find the option that will make you want to go back to the gym. The pleasure of working out
