Pour faire suite au dernier point de presse du gouvernement, voici les mesures qui seront exigées par la Santé publique pour l’ensemble des gyms au Québec à partir du 1er septembre prochain.
À votre arrivée, pour accéder à votre gym, vous devrez présenter votre code QR 2e dose, une pièce d’identité valide (permis de conduire/carte d’assurance maladie) ainsi que votre carte de membre. Une fois votre code QR validé par l’application, vous serez invité à entrer dans votre gym en respectant les mesures sanitaires mises en place depuis plusieurs mois et que vous connaissez déjà. Veuillez noter que le code QR 2e dose n’est pas requis pour les membres de 12 ans et moins. Si vous ne possédez pas votre code QR 2e dose, nous vous invitons à communiquer avec votre gym par téléphone pour pour connaître les options qui s’offrent à vous concernant votre abonnement.

Further to the government’s latest press briefing, the following measures will now be required by public health for all gyms starting this September 1.
To access your gym when you arrive, you’ll have to show your second-dose QR code and a valid ID (driver’s licence/health insurance card) along with your membership card. Once your QR code has been validated by the application, you’ll be asked to follow the health measures—the ones that have been in place for several months now and which you already know about—when you’re in the gym. Please note that the second-dose QR code is not required for members aged 12 and under. If you do not have your second-dose QR code, please call your gym to find out what membership options are available to you.

As you probably heard yesterday, Prime Minister Legault gave the green light to the reopening of gyms located in the orange zone. This announcement comes as a soothing balm on the ongoing situation; we are really enthusiastic about being allowed to reopen two of our gyms located in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region as early as February 8.
Because our gyms located in the red zone remain closed for the moment being, we continue developing tools and services to maintain or improve your global health. We will continue guiding and coaching you through each of the goals you have set for yourself. We will remain there for you and with you until all Énergie Cardio locations reopen.
Whether you are using the Énergie Cardio Virtuel application (offered free of charge until February 28, 2021, when members maintain their payment schedule) or the Énergie Cardio Entrainement application (included in your membership), you will find fitness tips and an infinite selection of workouts. Here is our game plan to maintain the focus on your fitness and well-being goals.
As in any good game plan, there is a DEFENCE portion and an OFFENCE one.
1. We will continue supporting you by offering virtual services completely free of charge until January February 8, 2021, 2021, to all our active members.
· An active member is a member who chose to maintain their membership’s payment schedule. Remember that when gyms reopen, we will extend your membership contract with the number of weeks corresponding to the exact number of weeks paid for during gym closures.
2. To activate your free subscription to The Virtual, until February 8, 2021, 2021, please contact us at email@example.com and include your membership number and the name of your gym, or call your gym where an associate will activate this new feature. Please allow a 48 business hour delay to get access to the platform.
· If you already activated your virtual platform, you don’t have to take into account this procedure, your subscription to The VIRTUEL will be automatically extended until January February 8, 2021 2021.
3. Although we have put in a lot of effort and energy to keep you active, and we hope this will help you do just that, please note that you can suspend your membership at any time if you haven’t found the solution that suits your needs. But before making that decision, please contact us to ensure you have explored all options! Because the most important thing is your health, and you need to keep moving to keep your body, and your mind fit and balanced. And that is our specialty!
As you can see, we have your back! The tools, professionals, programs, newness... Nothing will keep us from helping you find the courage and motivation to take care of yourself, your health and your dear ones! Despite this challenging situation we are all going through, we remain focused on our core mission, helping thousands of Quebeckers integrate and maintain healthy life habits and have an active life!
Even if since the beginning of the pandemic, the government does not seem to take into consideration the primordial, essential and unique role that we play in society to maintain people in optimal health, both physically and mentally, we will continue to seek solutions to be as present and as close to you as possible, and we will continue to do everything in our power to keep you active (regardless of your tastes and fitness goals) to keep you away from hospitals and free up health care services for the benefit of the most vulnerable people. Because you are so important to us and despite the fact that government assistance is still not forthcoming for our industry, we will continue supporting you by offering our virtual services completely free of charge until January 11 to all our active members!

After the most recent announcements and guidelines issued by the government demanding the closure of all sports facilities operating in a red zone,it is with great disappointment that we have to, once again, close all Énergie Cardio gyms that are located in RED ZONES, and this, from Thursday, October 8 through Wednesday, October 28, inclusively.
Just like we did when the first wave hit, we will roll up our sleeves and work even harder to get through this second wave by doing all in our power to keep you active, strong, and in good physical and mental health. It is our mission, and nothing will keep us from pursuing it.
