Cardio workouts are better together!

It’s hard to believe, but sweating together is very romantic and, more importantly, very effective!

Working out with your partner is a great way break the monotony of your exercise routine. It’s also a great opportunity to test new training methods, such as group classes.

Furthermore, working out as a pair helps bolster your motivation and allows you to spend time with your partner. There are no two ways about it: some days, we simply drag our feet at the gym. As a couple, it’s easier to keep the energy up, with one always ready to cheer the other on. It’s also a great opportunity to enjoy a moment together. Although you may feel like you spend a good amount of time with your partner, this is often not the case. Watching Netflix together while checking your phones every 30 seconds hardly counts as quality time! 😉

Working out as a couple is a sure-fire way to make progress and to help you out of your comfort zone. If you and your partner have a competitive side, you could start a friendly competition during private team training.

The question that often comes up is “How do we work out together?”

Everyone has their own goals and skill level, so it’s easy to believe that finding common ground is impossible. However, muscle strengthening, running, indoor cycling, and group classes are all suitable for exercising as a pair. The key is to find a combination of exercises that allows everyone to excel.

As a couple, you join forces. Your partner inspires, motivates, and drives you to push your limits.

There’s no need to feel pressured to impress your partner. What matters is being together and growing together.
