A fusion of well-known Zumba moves and HIIT, the class will take you from intense cardio segments to short recovery periods set to the rhythm of international and Latino music.

How does ZUMBA BURST training work?

You will quickly find yourself in a party mood after a short warm-up period. The songs will follow each other into a choreography alternating between fast and slow-paced moves allowing you to slow your heart beat before the next segment.
