What is AEROBICS training?

Made popular in Québec by Josée Lavigueur, AEROBICS will get you moving with its dynamic choreography and upbeat music.

How does AEROBICS training work?

A classic all in one group workout at its best. You will enjoy the AEROBICS portions, choreographed by your instructor, which comprises cardio segments, and tone your muscles during the functional strength training segment. Flexibility exercises and a short relaxation period at the end of the class will allow you to cool down.

Is AEROBICS training right for me?

The AEROBICS instructor will guide you through her choreography which includes several options adapting the workout to any fitness level. If you feel like moving and having a good time while working out, this class was made for you!

What are the benefits?

The cardiovascular sequences of this class will help you burn calories and improve your cardiovascular capacity, whereas the strength training segment will help you improve your muscle tone.
