What is LESMILLS RPM™ training?

LESMILLS RPM™ is an indoor cycling group class developed and choreographed by LesMills, the internationally renowned group fitness specialist. Come take a 45-minute ride with a passionate instructor who will guide you through hills and valleys, and intense intervals set to dynamic music.

How does LESMILLS RPM™ training work?

LESMILLS RPM™ is set to a 9-track play list setting your pace and riding position. Starting with a warm up period it then alternates, by making your own adjustments to the pedal resistance, between sprints and short periods of recovery, climbs and descents, ending your virtual ride with a cool down period and some stretching.

Is LESMILLS RPM™ training right for me?

The stationary bikes used for this group class are all equipped with their very own device to set the desired resistance. Participants of all fitness levels and abilities can exercise together by choosing their own degree of resistance.
