A shorter version of the 60-minute LESMILLS BODYFLOW™, LESMILLS BODYFLOW™ FLEXIBILITY remains a complete workout drawing from Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. With less strength training oriented movements, but with more exercises focused on flexibility, calmness and relaxation.
LESMILLS BODYFLOW™ FLEXIBILITY comprises a series of simple and fluid Tai Chi inspired movements. It will help you forget about your day, and refocus. You will then be guided through to a sequence of yoga poses - the Sun Salutations- and on to stretching exercises that will allow you to improve your flexibility. The last ten minutes will be dedicated to a period of relaxation and meditation beneficial to your body and your mind.
