Are you just beginning to work out, and you need all the support and motivation you can get? Have you been working out for a while, but haven’t seen the results you were hoping for? Do you want to achieve your fitness goals with a clear focus and following a personalized plan? This private program will meet all of your specific needs and help you to exceed your limitations.

During each session, you will work out with your private trainer, who is dedicated to helping you move forward and keeping you motivated. Your trainer will provide you with the coaching you need to achieve your fitness goals, maintain your momentum, exercise safely and work diligently during your training sessions. You will work together to exceed your preconceived limitations and overachieve.

This program includes

  • A physical fitness assessment when you start
  • A reassessment of your physical fitness after six or twelve weeks
  • A personalized training plan based on your fitness goals
  • A customized workout schedule with 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week
  • An encouraging and motivational private trainer
  • Advice for avoiding sports-related injuries
