Are you between 10 and 15 years old? Do you want to improve your physical fitness, attain a healthy weight or improve your performance in a particular sport?

This training program will teach you the secrets of living an active life, taking your physical development into account. During each session, you will work out with a private trainer, who will ensure that you train safely as you overachieve. Your trainer will help you to improve your physical fitness, develop your self-esteem and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Put all the odds in your favour for living an active life.

This program includes

  • A physical fitness assessment when you start
  • A reassessment of your physical fitness after six or twelve weeks
  • A personalized training plan based on your fitness goals
  • A customized workout schedule with 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week
  • An encouraging and motivational private trainer
