Through EVEREST, you will increase your endurance, resistance, agility, speed, strength, muscle mass, coordination, and flexibility.

Team Cross-Training

Cross-training sessions in teams of 6 to 12 participants/athletes are supervised by a certified trainer.

 

Sessions are 45 minutes long and include a circuit that combines high-intensity exercises using bodyweight and small accessories (medicine ball, weights, kettlebell, resistance bands, TRX bands, etc.) to increase the difficulty. It has been shown that this type of workout is much more effective than others for achieving most desired physical-fitness results. 

 

Through EVEREST, you will increase your endurance, resistance, agility, speed, strength, muscle mass, coordination, and flexibility. Your cardio and mental strength will also improve. Your newfound fitness will allow you to take part in a number of athletic activities with ease and satisfaction.
