Has your doctor recently informed you that you suffer from heart disease, diabetes or some other condition? Consult our kinesiologists. They will provide you with all the help you need to improve or maintain your physical condition, despite your specific injury or physical constraints. You will receive a program that is created specifically for you, taking into account your safety, your health and your preferences, based on your doctor’s recommendations, as applicable. This personalized coaching will help you learn to gently push your limitations while respecting the constraints of your condition, so that you can live an active life without risk.

This program includes

  • A physical fitness assessment that takes into account your condition or injury
  • A workout plan adapted to your doctor’s recommendations
  • A qualified private trainer who will respect your condition
  • A reassessment of your physical fitness after six or twelve weeks
  • A customized workout schedule with 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week
