Designed around recommendations made by The Canadian Food Guide, these comprise easy recipes to prepare that the whole family will enjoy. As the menus are adapted to your needs in daily energy, you will eat enough without being hungry, having headaches or other unpleasant symptoms.
All health professionals today agree: a weight loss program must be combined with exercise. All your expectations will be met through one to three weekly fitness sessions; you will burn calories and increase your metabolic rate through a personal, tailor-made exercise program. You will feel great!
According to the weight loss you are aiming for, we would advise you a program to take place over 8, 16 or 24 weeks during which a personal trainer will supervise and encourage you to maximize your efforts through a three-times per week schedule.
