Building on the strength of the team, since 1985, the mission of Énergie Cardio has been to improve the fitness and quality of life of the public by providing accessible and effective programs supervised by competent and motivating trainers in a relaxed environment where the enjoyment of members is a top priority.

Our concept

What makes Énergie Cardio centres unique? It's our warm, welcoming environment where you're free to come as you are - no matter what your age, fitness level or goals may be.

Our team

Énergie Cardio is more than just Quebec's largest network of fitness centres. We're a group of people who are passionate about what we do.

Our founding president, Alain Beaudry, is a businessman with great vision and a keen ability for bringing people together. He understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients and staying on top of trends to ensure the company remains an industry leader.

Our vice-presidents, Caroline Pitre, M.Sc. and Judith Fleurant, B.Sc., both hold university degrees in physical fitness. Their goal is to help as many people as possible to discover the pleasures of getting in shape.

But there are many others who have contributed to Énergie Cardio's success. In addition to over 40 employees working in our administrative centre, our trainers, instructors, customer service representatives, assistant directors, chief trainers, directors and franchisees (which include over 300 bachelors and students in kinesiology and physical activity) all work hard to ensure our 140,000 members enjoy quality service each and every day.

Our facilities

Quality is the key word for the facilities in the centres that Énergie Cardio operates. Large, modern and tastefully decorated in contemporary themes, these centres provide members with the latest training equipment as well with lockers and change rooms equipped with many commodities, all aimed at making the fitness experience even more pleasant.

Member security is also a priority at Énergie Cardio, and this is expressed through high cleanliness and hygienic standards. In addition, all our branches are equipped with an automated external defibrillator to offer our clients the safest possible environment. All our employees are certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillation (AED) in keeping with the regulations of the Heart and Stroke Foundation and, therefore, are able to act in an emergency.
