This year, don't let the greyness of fall get to you. By fitting in time for physical activity into your schedule, you will stay active and maintain your energy level at the highest! Is fitness training already on your agenda? Give your motivation a boost by having your fitness level assessed: you will get a new personalized training program which will therefore allow you to carry on with your progress.
