You can’t keep still and you want to share your passion for group classes? Search no more. Over the past few years, Énergie Cardio has created a training program for group class instructors and those who aspire to teach this highly dynamic form of training.
In addition to the basic FIDA certification (Formation des instructeurs en danse aérobique / aerobic dance instruction training) for future instructors, this training program offers over thirty certifications including Pilates Movement,Sexifit, Exercise stick and In Shape with Baby. Altogether, more than 150 training days are provided during the year.
